Exclusions (What This Warranty Does Not Cover)

1.Products with missing, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

2. Damage resulting from transportation and handling, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, or any exterior damages.

3. Damage or malfunction due to improper electrical current, voltage fluctuations, or power surges.

4. Any use or application for which the product was not designed.

5. Damage or malfunction caused by products or equipment not supplied by Switchubshop.

6. Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.

7. Products used in commercial or industrial settings.

8. Costs associated with making the product accessible for repair, such as the removal of cabinetry, trim, or shelving.

9. Service calls for the replacement of consumable items such as light bulbs, filters, or cosmetic parts like knobs and handles.

10. Additional charges, such as after-hours, weekend, or holiday service fees, tolls, ferry trips, or mileage for service to remote locations.

11. Damage caused by improper or faulty installation, alterations, or modifications to the product.

12. Damage caused by non-Switchubshop-approved parts, accessories, or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

Notifications

1. All quality-related defects on products sold directly by Switchubshop or through authorized resellers are covered under warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

2. Switchubshop’s limited warranty is only valid within the country of purchase. This warranty is void if the product is taken outside of the country where it was originally purchased or shipped.

3. The warranty covers only original Switchubshop products. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

4. Warranty is valid for the primary product only and is non-transferable. Free or promotional items are not covered under this warranty.

5. If the product fails under normal use by the user manual and guidelines, Switchubshop will replace it free of charge.

Important: Please retain your purchase receipt. This warranty only applies to original Switchubshop products. It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use of the product. The warranty applies to the primary product only; additional or complimentary items are not covered.
